Cheshire Green Employment Park

Split into two phases, which were classified as the Industrial Estate (phase one) and the Employment Park (phase two), activity focused on the construction of a roundabout and spine road.

Works included:

• 50,000m³ of cut to stockpile, with no material being removed from site
• New infrastructure connections which required close management
• Primary substation and compound for Scottish Power
• 2km of surface water and foul drainage, including two pumping stations and tubosider attenuation
• 1km of access road
• 3km rising main
